Managing Income Risk

I am sorry for the late post. I accidentally saw that there is no blog post due for coming Friday and thought it was for this week. Managing future income risk is not a foreign topic for me anymore. As a senior, it is time for me to look into jobs and how much I should get paid to be reasonable. I am also considering graduate school, so how much cost will incur in the future one or two more years are also factors I have to consider. These are all concerns, as mentioned in the prompt, because I do not know where I will work, how much I will earn, and what kinds of happenings will happen to be in the future. In terms of where I will work, as an international student, my options are many. I can go back to where I am from to pursue a career there or I can go to other countries where I grew up in. Reflection

Reflecting on the four blog posts I have written, I was able to tie and find a keyword link the prompts together. I have to confess that I was very much confused at first. I did not understand how each course taught tied to the weekly blog posts, although I put in much thought into writing one. I thought of the tasks as separate topics. I believe I was not eager enough to learn what the linkage and the purpose of each assignment was carefully. However, now I know that there are common themes and the one that stood out to me the most is called transaction cost. It is much obvious now that we have talked about it in class and through the explanation of how each lecture lead to another one. Teamwork

From group projects to internships, I have been in numerous team settings and have encountered countless types of people. I always have a story to tell regarding my team experience in interviews, because there was always that one person who affected my expectation of the team, of course in a negative way. Although I was not the leader of the team, whether it’s a group project or an activity, I always envisioned myself getting along with the team members, socializing on top of the works. However, because my workload always changed significantly, due to one or two member’s uncooperativeness, I was in the stressful state, trying to get the work done as soon as possible and leave the group. For today’s blog post, I want to share about a different aspect of the teamwork.
